The glue that holds this team together, Nancy is the founder of Threlfall Marketing Group and is a seasoned and well-marinated marketing strategist with a special gift for connecting people.

Our daughter, Brianne, is now a junior majoring in English at the University of Mary Washington.

Our youngest son, Jamie, is now a freshman majoring in business at Penn State.

 

Marian Marchese
Marian is a communications assassin – able to deliver intelligent and charismatic marketing programs with great aim and unrelenting focus. Versatile and creative with an entrepreneurial spirit, Marian has a diverse background that includes expertise in business development, management and leadership in both for profit and nonprofit sectors.

In 1983 Marian founded and was president of The Marchese Group, which became a multi-million dollar advertising agency with nationally-recognized clients. Recognizing the importance of new technology, she transitioned her firm In 1996 into VIRTU Interactive which she sold in 2003. In 2004 she co-founded the wireless media/marketing firm VIRTUMOBILE for which she served as CEO.

Currently, Marian heads up strategic alliances for Scholarship America, the nation’s largest nonprofit, private scholarship organization responsible for distributing almost $2 billion in scholarships. There she leads the effort to develop alliances through partnerships, scholarships and special initiatives. She is also the co-founder of the Art of Making Connections, a business development training organization serving clients such as Lockheed, PNC and Sovereign Bank.

Trevor Feight
Trevor is our very own Michelangelo. For almost two decades, he has painted vivid pictures that deliver extraordinary images conveying simple messages – while driving audiences to action. Clever and extremely diverse, Trevor is a creative chameleon; able to develop powerful emotional connections for every brand or business he touches.

Trevor has proven experience in both online and offline communications. Recently, Trevor has worked with several leading organizations as the Executive Art Director such as Eli Lilly & Company, Sheaffer Pen, a division of BIC USA, ICON Clinical Research, Univest National Bank & Trust Company, Power Windows and Siding, and Scholarship America. He has great experience with a vast array of industries and audiences including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, and finance.
